SPYDERCO ENDURA 4 PLAIN EMERSON OPENER

Description

The Emerson Opener Endura combines traditional Spyderco innovation and performance with an opening device patented and invented by Mr. Ernest Emerson of Emerson Knives. It employs a hook curving outward from the top of the knife's blade. When drawing the knife from the front pants pocket, the hook catches the pocket's edge, quickly and fluidly opening the knife blade ready for use. 

Technical Description

The knife also can be drawn from the pocket without engaging the Emerson Opening Feature by drawing the folder straight-up and out of a pocket with fingers on top of the closed blade. Dual skeletonized stainless steel liners and screw together construction inside the handle add strength and rigidity while minimizing weight and the liners double as an anchor for the attachment of external and internal components.
