Meet the FX-599RS, the rescue version of the popular Fox Karambit. The rounded tip and partial serrations on the N690 blade allow you to get under a seat belt and rip through the webbing quickly and safely. An integrated glass breaker completes the rescue potential of this innovative design.

As if that wasn’t enough, the FX-599RS packs in additional useful features. A Phillips head screwdriver doubles as a wave-style opener.

Technical Description

The back ring also doubles as a carabiner, expanding the attachment options for first responders. If you would rather carry the knife in your pocket, a reversible 420J2b stainless pocket clip accommodates righties and lefties alike with the blade in a tip-up position.

In addition to the flipper, the blade can also be deployed with a thumb cutout. No need to worry about the blade closing when you are putting it to work either. In addition to the liner lock, a secondary LAWKS security feature bolsters the lockup of the 599-RS. Extra durability is achieved with the black blade coating and textured black G10 handle scales.
